Terms & Conditions

Bunny Xyzzy (“I”, “me”, “the Artist”, or “Bunny”) creates and offers original artwork, digital commissions, analogue photography commissions, and private in-person artistic commissions and services. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all inquiries, commissions, and engagements with my artistic services and website content.

By submitting an inquiry, confirming a commission, or engaging with the services described on this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to inquire about or commission any services or to access content on this website. By proceeding, you confirm that you are 18 or older. False information regarding age will result in immediate termination of any commission or engagement, with no refund.

I reserve the right to refuse any inquiry or commission for any reason.

2. Nature of Services

My practice centres on image-making, photography, creative expression, and embodied processes. Available commissions include:

  • Digital artwork and creative commissions

  • Polaroid / analogue photography commissions including series and personal works

  • Private in-person commissions and consultations involving collaborative processes

All services are artistic and creative in nature. In-person commissions are private, time-based collaborations conducted in mutually agreed safe settings.

3. Inquiry, Screening & Commission Process

All commissions begin with an inquiry. I conduct a screening process to assess artistic compatibility, mutual respect, safety, and alignment with my creative vision. This helps ensure the integrity and quality of the collaboration.

For private in-person commissions, additional basic screening and identity verification may be required before confirmation. The full details and specific nature of in-person commissions are discussed privately after this initial screening stage.

4. Commission Fees

Commission fees are determined by the scope, duration, medium, and type of work (digital, Polaroid/analogue, or in-person). Detailed quotes are provided following initial inquiry and discussion. Fees are confirmed in writing before any deposit is taken. Once agreed, fees are non-negotiable.

5. Deposits & Booking

A deposit is generally required to secure and confirm a commission slot. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of client cancellation or no-show, except at my sole discretion. If I cancel or am unable to fulfil a commission, a full refund or suitable alternative will be offered.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Client cancellation or rescheduling: Deposits may be forfeited depending on notice given. Specific windows and consequences are confirmed at the time of booking.

  • Artist cancellation: Full refund of deposit or rescheduling at no additional cost.

  • Late arrivals or failure to attend may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

7. Consent & Creative Guidelines

All commissions are conducted with respect for artistic vision, personal comfort, and mutual consent in the creative process. Guidelines for each commission are discussed and agreed upon in advance or during the session. I reserve the right to end any session or commission immediately if artistic integrity or personal ethics are not respected, with no refund.

8. Verification & Identity

For private in-person commissions, verification of identity (such as a photo ID) may be requested. This ensures safety, authenticity, and the integrity of the collaborative process.

9. Health, Well-being & Safety

Participants are expected to approach sessions with respect for personal and mutual well-being. I maintain professional standards to support safe, respectful, and positive creative environments. Any relevant health considerations should be communicated privately where appropriate.

10. Confidentiality & Discretion

Private commissions are handled with discretion.Personal details, session information, and creative outputs are kept confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law. No photographs or recordings of sessions are made or shared without prior written consent.

11. Intellectual Property & Outputs

All original artwork, photographs, and creative materials produced during commissions remain my intellectual property unless a specific written agreement transfers rights. Clients typically receive agreed prints, digital files, or documentation as part of the commission.

12. Limitation of Liability

Artistic commissions and services are provided to the best of my ability. I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, emotional, or consequential outcomes arising from the interpretation, use, or experience of commissioned works or sessions. All services and outputs are provided “as is.”

13. Right to Refuse & Termination

I reserve the right to refuse or terminate any commission or engagement at any stage if I determine it is not aligned with my artistic practice, values, or safety considerations.
